Have a positive attitude Are reliable and have an easy-going personality Love working in a small general practice with a friendly & supportive staff Have a commitment to working with integrity, for the best of the patient Are experienced in client services/ customer service (or are very willing to learn!) Have a desire to build long-term relationships with pet parents & the community Job Duties Greeting clients and their pets Checking clients in for appointments Receiving payments and checking clients out Balancing transactions at the end of the day Answering our multi-line phone and making reminder phone calls Scheduling appointments and educating clients Ordering products, creating monthly reports, and general cleaning Our Location Our hospital is located in Oliver Springs, Tennessee, which is just 30 minutes outside of Knoxville.
